“Hoopering” is the act of “liking”, thumbing up, or “hearting” one’s own posts on social media. It is akin to high-fiving oneself after masturbating.

Hovering or remaining near the phone so as not to miss a call, which in most cases, NEVER HAPPENS! Usually from a GOVERNMENT AGENCY, but not limited to that. A cordless phone would be a "Hoverphone"
