numptified 

When something is numptified, it has gone wrong, generally in a silly or just plain pointless way. Also it can be used to describe somebody's brain function, especially due to lack of sleep.

"damn it, the cake's gone numptified - it hasn't risen at all"
"Sorry if I'm not making sense, I've gone numptified since last night's party"
"That numptified checkout girl couldn't find the bar-code on the back of my book. It was totally visible though!"

An adjective to try to begin to describe the indescribable taste of an item, whether it be food or a person who is attractive, as delicious.

"Mmm! This cheeseball is so numptious!"; "Look at that guy at the bar. He's numptious!"
