An expression used to agree with a negative assessment of something, such as a bad pizza or sour beer; a verbal tic which people say when they want to agree but also to imply that their agreement is in some way mistaken or excessive.

Yeah, no, yeah 

Basically, when answering “no” to a question. The only difference is the idiot who answers shakes their head up and down, replying “yeah” to in fact tell you the answer is “no”. Then ending with a “yeah” to confirm the “no” meant “no” again saying “yeah” that the answer was “no”

Me: “is there any reason why you’re such a tool?”
The tool: (shakes head up and down) “yeah, no, yeah.....”
