Paulineïsme 

De aandoening die veroorzaakt wordt door het gebrek aan Melatonine.

Dit komt vooral voor na middernacht en mits de persoon - waarmee de conversatie wordt voort gebracht - over een voornaam beschikt die bijvoorbeeld lijkt op Pauline.

Het is nog onbekend of de naam van de persoon gekoppeld is aan deze aandoening, zo gaat de legende en dit is echter tot op heden niet bewezen. Wel is ontdekt dat dit vooral voorkomt in de late uren van de avond/vroege uren van de nacht. Dan is het eigenlijk al bedtijd en zijn mensen rond die tijd echt wel toe aan nachtrust, echter doet Pauline hier niet aan.

Kom je morgen ochtend vroeg bij mij langs?

Palinosmia 

Medical term for repeating persistent smell. A perception of an odor long after the original source has been removed. (Similar to palinopsia - persistent visual image)

Thanks to COVID-19, I have anosmia, phantosmia, and now palinosmia. If I cook bacon, I smell it all day.
