Churning Up Pollution 

This is when you are experiencing serious coughing fits and you spit a lot when you cough. These extreme coughing spells usually occur when you have a bad cold, the flu, etc.
Last night I was churning up pollution so much, so I finally had to take some Nyquil.

Digital Pollution

The act or process of polluting digital space with bites and bits of repetitive, worthless crap. Especially digital pictures i.e. kids, dogs, sunsets, landscapes, weddings. Bloggers are especially guilty for filling the digital spectrum with their self important rambling.
My sister is on the computer nightly contributing to the cause of global digital pollution.

A phenomenon in which toxic search engine results have a cumulative and systemic negative effect on the efficacy of the search engine. Search engine results trending towards decreasing accuracy, often caused by commercial websites attaining top listings through the use of search engine optimization (SEO) methods. Highly ranked search engine spam.
After sifting through 34 pages of Google pollution, I finally found a useful query result.

light pollution 

light pollution is the misuse of artificial lighting at night, where so many lamps spill light upwards so that the dark sky is no longer dark. The stars are not visible, and this causes so many horrible things, silently killing off our planet.
Johnny: "Hey, where'd the stars go?!"

Annie: "There are so many lights that shine into the sky, the beautiful night sky is hidden from our view. To reverse light pollution, people can change all lights to ones that shine their light downwards, where it is needed."
