A person who promotes increased pollution and environmental destruction / removal of environmental protection as the solution to economical issues. Someone bent on destroying the environment. The opposite of environmentalist.

Koch Industries promotes a pollutionist view. Many of the republicans seem to be pollutionists.

The movement to allow increasingly more pollution of the environment to increase profits for polluting industries. The opposite of environmentalism.
