A memetic creature on the CT (aka CryptoTwitter), originally just a cartoon pseudonymous user Maru, but it was forced and popularized by sock-puppet master Stardust with his enormous army of twinks and therefore now has a much broader reach and meaning. It's a play on words from the PA Governor discussing the cancellation of a NFL Eagles Football game before the snow fell.
