A white person who acts black, wants to be black, is poor or lives in a poor or black neighborhood, doesn't work or collects welfare, or is viewed as equal to black people by other white people. Also could mean a white person who has a lot of black friends they hang out with, in a relationship or married to a black person, or has black family members or black children. Sam lives in the ghetto and he's like the only white person there. He also listens to rap music all the time and tries to be a lil gangsta.
