Low Steps Violation 

A friend of yours on Fitbit or Apple watch that you are in accountability with has a dramatically low step count on a particular week or ongoing basis. 10,000 steps a day should be a pretty good barometer for most healthy active human beings. If that number drops to 50% or less your "friend contract" requires an announcement of a low steps violation.

Our buddy Nappman moves about as much as a three-toed sloth, he's consistently getting a shout out for a low steps violation.

Girls With Low Self Esteem

The knock off of "Girls Gone Wild" featured on the hilarious TV show, Arrested Development.

Known to discriminate against the flat chested women (ie 'surfboards"). Has driven women to have breast implants so they can throw away their self esteem.

Participants get a hat.

low side 

Motorcycle roadracing term used to describe a crash in which the bike is leaned over while cornering and falls down towards the inside (i.e. the low side). A low side usually occurs when front wheel traction is suddenly lost.

The flip side of this (no pun intended) is a high side crash.

Billy lost the front going into Turn 1 and low sided.

adjective for low self-esteem. Showing a lack of self-confidence and too much need for approval from others, being too whiny.

She felt so low self-esteemy it was too awkward to see people, and she had to go home and lie down.

Enough whining and worrying! Cheer up, you have a lot of talents. Enough being low self-esteemy!
