A derogatory phrase used to explain the
inevitable, violent, often explosive behavior encountered any time large groups of Islamic individuals gather.
Derived by substituting the word "Dirka" in place of "Hater", in the popular phrase "Hater's gonna hate."
"Dirka" being satirical,
stereotypical gibberish spoken by Jihadists in the film "Team America: World Police."
The phrase is a modern day, shortened adaptation of the ancient parable "The Scorpion and the Frog" - a fable used to illustrate the view that the behavior of some creatures, or of some people, is irrepressible, no matter how they are treated and no matter what the
consequences.
