He is the hottest man alive who had to suffer getting brainwashed by HYDRA, but his medal arm and pocket knifes made him even hotter. He deserves so much love from Steve even though he ended up LEAVING him in endgame smh. Overall he's a sweet, fluffy guy who just needs someone to open up to about his past traumas.

When he fell off the train, HYDRA took him and made his even hot by giving him a VIBRANIUM ARM and POCKET KNIVES. He was sent to kill people so when he got out of control of hydra he had severe PTSD. He's literally just a giant fluff ball who needs someone that can love him, listen and comfort him about his horrible memories.
