Fiscal Sabotage 

The use of Fiscal means to sabotage or undermine Government programs by cutting revenue through the means of Tax Cuts for the Wealthy. Doing so creates a deficit which to some political movements believe can only be fixed by cutting funding to Government Programs that don't approve of.

The use of Fiscal Sabotage can create a Strategic Deficit for those who don't approve of government programs that help the poor
The House of Representatives used Fiscal Sabotage to create a deficit that they believe could only be filled by cutting Social Programs

No sabo kid 

Has a Spanish speaking parent(s) but never uses the right word in Spanish or just straight up doesn’t know the right word when explaining something.
For example ,Alejandra tries to explain to her dad she’s embarrassed. Alejandra says “Papa estoy embarazado.” Papa says “Que dices cabrona, estas embarazada.” Alejandra responds “NO come se dices , esque no sabo.” -No sabo kid

originally a 60's blues band from England called "Earth," fronted by Ozzy Osbourne who left the band. black sabbath were the creators of heavy metal, they took rock music and added dark lyrics, and Tony Iommi's brilliant heavy disturbing sounding/blues laced guitarwork and created a new sound that people still love and still relate to today. One of the most influencal bands in heavy music.

‘No sabo’ is a term used for people of Hispanic/Latino descendent that don’t know, or barely speak Spanish. Used for Hispanics/Latinos that try hard to act like they’re one or the other time it’s used is when the person that is Hispanic just doesn’t know Spanish.
Luis: why does Jamie always say compa and dress ranchero? Dude can’t even speak Spanish when his parents are straight up from Mexico and he has their pueblo in his bio even tho he hasn’t been there.
