The type of annoying sticker that does not peel off easily. Typically, upon attempted removal, such stickers either: rip/damage the surface they were stuck to, or partially rip themselves leaving a sticky mark that's very difficult to remove.
Damn, I just tried to remove this little stucker and it ripped the otherwise pristine box of my collector's edition Star Wars LEGO set!
Why do IKEA put these little stuckers on all their products? After a successful self-assembly you think to yourself, "I'll just take this off now and it'll look much better", but then you try and quickly realise it's a stucker... noooo!

Once a sticker has been stuck to something it has fulfilled it's destiny and has no remaining potential to stick to anything else ever again. From that moment on, it can no longer be called a sticker as it has become (and will always remain) a stucker.
