Unintended acceleration

When a bad driver accidentally hits the gas pedal instead of the brake pedal inside a parking space, the car will usually accelerate into another object until it is stopped. In the present day, unintended acceleration is a term the offending driver likes to claim in order to avoid paying for their mistakes. Those drivers always blame the car for accelerating on its own. Even if you present them with logs and even witnesses, they will continue to believe their own lie and claim the car accelerated on its own. Companies like Audi, Toyota and Tesla have fallen into this same trap.
I had an unintended acceleration event today. My brand new car took off on its own in the parking spot. It jumped over a curb and hit a brick wall even though my foot was on the brakes. I want the manufacture to step in and investigate why it happened. I am sure the car accelerated on its own and I would like to have the repair paid by them.

Unintended Thirst Law

The law to which describes the scenario when an artist or creator purposefully makes a character possess the traits to which would make it an undesirable person. As an opposite result of what you would expect, the said character incites attraction in great masses for no currently explainable reason or cause.

(To anyone asking, yes, I made up this term.)
(And fuck you, im coining it)
Creator: This character’s name is Finglesnork, it is an amalgamation of sentient pork fat and the cartilage of multiple animals. It spends whatever time it has lingering the streets hoping to devour puppies and lost babies.
Fanbase: I want this thing to fill whatever holes I have in my body and leave me a mess
Creator: Dear god I hate the fundamentals of Unintended Thirst Law

abandonware

n. software that is no longer sold or supported by the original publisher / developer, often found as free downloads on the internet because it cannot be obtained elsewhere. Not legal, but often seen as morally acceptable because the company that made it is no longer selling the title, nor releasing it as freeware, therefore abandonware is "keeping the game alive", so to speak.
Doom II is not abandonware because id still sells it, while The Incredible Machine is not sold, therefore is abandonware.
