fotuto 

Term used as a cudgel to silence and dismiss those who express political opinions different to the speaker's. Its use is especially popular in the Puerto Rican twittersphere to label vocal sympathizers of a political party that the speaker dislikes.

2. Derogatory term for Puerto Rico Governor Luis Fortuño, leader of one of the most destructive and terrorist administrations the island of Puerto Rico has ever had.
