overqualified

Employer euphemism meaning "over 40", used to circumvent age discrimination laws.
Interviewer: We can see that you have built up quite an impressive and varied resume. Unfortunately, we feel that you are overqualified for the job.

Translation: You're too old. We can get a recent college graduate who will be happy to work 80 hours a week for half of what we'd have to pay you for 40.

over qualified unemployable

a person who has spent many years aquiring a large range of qualifications/degrees from University or College yet they are still unemployable due to their qualifications meaning shit.
1. James just recieved his bachelor of "something" to add to his docterate in "something else" but he still cant get a job because his qualifications are worth fuck all in the real world. Now he is going to collect welfare and become a hippy 30 year old student. hence an over qualified unemployable
Spidey sense for evading poop on the street, canine or otherwise.
When walking in NYC or LA, you need shitdar.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
