Anyone who thrives off and creates drama to fill the void in their life. Someone addicted to creating drama due to their lack of a life. Instead of focusing on something meaningful and doing something with their life they would rather make up elaborate plots and plans, try to make others lives miserable and lie their asses off to people to gain attention.
