Polite replacement term for clusterfuck. When speaking in certain social situations, a speaker may feel the necessity to dramatize the futility of events, but decorum prevents. By utilizing clusterflop, the gravity of the event is emphasized without resorting to profanity

Clusterfuge 

Multiple clusterfucks being spun rapidly in order to separate the component parts of the original fucks that caused the cluster in the first place.
This project is totally screwed up, nobody knows what's going on, unqualified people, stupidity abounds, it's a total clusterfuge.

This event has no organization. The directions are wrong. Nothing is were it's supposed to be. Everyone is wondering around bitching. It's a complete clusterfuge.

clusterfluff 

Something of little substance or consequence, intended primarily to generate controversy and to draw attention rather than to explain, solve, or improve an actual situation or problem. Used especially to refer to the creation of a seemingly difficult and complex problem or controversy where none in fact exists.
His blog post makes a non-issue needlessly complex, and now there are 362 comments. It's just another piece of clusterfluff to attract buzz.

clusterflake

clusterflake is the social phenomenon characterized by a buttload of people just not showing up, typically so sporadically, in such numbers, and with so little advance warning that the original plan or plans are thrown into disintegrating disarray. (syn: cluster flake)
