Dirty Pokas 

That one red headed friend who is able to take conversation to the lowest level possible within 30 seconds. It is impossible to look them directly in the eyes as the shame of association is too overwhelming. Motion sickness pills are required to be consumed before entering into any extended conversation with a dirty pokas in order to quell the constant feeling of vomiting in one's mouth.

For fucks sake who invited dirty pokas? My only crapper is covered in vomit from everyone using it.

Noun: Meaningless woke related talk or activity, often designed to draw attention away from and disguise what is actually happening.

Everything was going well at the party until this googly-eyed, left-wing hipster showed up and began to blurt out some wokus pokus to draw away from the fact that he soiled his skinny jeans.

nya poka 

'Nya Poka' (ня пока) which translates to 'Nya Bye' is a well known term in Russia that became a meme after a 16 year old girl called Rina Palenkova posted a picture of herself on Social Media before committing suicide by jumping in front of a train.
Recently the term has once again, picked up a lot of attention after a Russian man did a livestream where he shot himself shortly after shouting "Nya Poka".

Another person shouted Nya Poka before committing suicide. How sad, they should know there is always help available.
