Permayhapsbe

Permayhapsbe is a word that only Skrettin people use because they just wanna be a twat. Pretty much the same as a teacher saying "I dOn'T kNoW cAn YoU?" to a student needing a piss.
Student: Can I go to the toilet?
Teacher: Permayhapsbe.
Student: What a twat...

permayhappenchance

noun / adjective / adverb
A playful and elaborate fusion of "perhaps", "mayhaps", and "perchance", used to express uncertainty or possibility in a whimsically verbose manner. Often used to give an old-timey or humorous feel to modern conversations.

Person A: "Will you be at the party tonight?"
Person B: "Permayhappenchance, if the stars align and my Netflix binge doesn't ensnare me."

Note: Usage may result in raised eyebrows or chuckles. Use at your own discretion.

Shackteâu

A Shackteau is a humble, weather-beaten, structurally questionable shelter located in a spectacular or highly coveted place—Wales, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, Crested Butte, coastal Maine, the Alps—where the building itself may be worth almost nothing, but the dirt, view, access, and mythology make it absurdly valuable.
In use:
Shackteâu - We thought it was an abandoned shed until the realtor called it a rare alpine Shackteâu with unobstructed views and listed it for $2 million.
