Shitle 

A job title given to an employee, usually because the giver has no common sense, is an idiot or is failing hard at being trendy. Can also be used in an attempt to make employees feel valued, or like they have been promoted. But in reality is just a position with a stupid title, more work and the same pay.

"I just got promoted."

"Wow, great. What's the position?"

"Associate to the Executive Manager of Marketeering and Conservation Efforts."

"That sounds amazing! What do you do?"

"I'm a Secretary..."

"Oh, I'm sorry its a shitle then."
