passive aggressive lol

The act of using typing an angry(ish) message to someone but adding 'lol' to the end in order not to come off as angry/ irritated despite actually being angry/ irritated.
Emma: hey bbe, did u wash the dishes?? E xx

Dave: sry, been watching football. Will do l8r. D xx

Emma: u had better or I swear I will be pissed lol. E xx

A fine example of the passive aggressive lol.

Passive aggressive

Acting upon agression in a non-confrontational manner.
Being passive aggressive is eating the last piece of your brothers cake.. not because you wanted it. Just because he pissed you off earlier and you knew he wanted it.

passive progressive

A term developed by Red Letter Media, referring specifically to a media company that celebrates liberal ideas (such as diversity, tolerance, or pro-LGBT rhetoric) exclusively when and where it benefits them but not going all in as to also profit from countries that censor those messages. This can be done in ways such as adding a pro-LGBT scene that can be easily edited out for the localization in China, Russia, or another country that would censor liberal messages.
Disney's decision to add two lesbians kissing on camera in The Rise of Skywalker was endearing, but ultimately a passive progressive tactic since the scene was edited out in China and Russia.

Coca-cola's decision to support the end of Apartheid in South Africa appeared passive progressive to many detractors. Until, that is, they pulled all holdings out of South Africa - sacrificing profits to stand in solidarity with the protestors.

passive-impressive

Behavior characterized by a statement that insinuates one’s own awesomeness in an unassuming, detached or even self-deprecating manner - i.e. bragging while trying not to seem like you're bragging.
1. Matt was being so passive-impressive when he told us he felt like a total dipshit after realizing he had spinach in his teeth while he was talking to Colin Kaepernick at that party last night.
2. I hate when people tweet passive-impressive stuff like: “Gosh, I am really dragging ass today after running 30 miles before work."

Passive Appropriate

To say something that in context is appropriate, but can be taken easily out of context to be made inappropriate.
Susie told me that I had a big package, and we know she wasn't talking about the box I was carrying; it was so passive appropriate!
