An acronym for Can't Remember Shit. Can apply equally to memory lapse due to old age, drug use, apathy or other cause. When polite manners dictate, can be altered (if you must explain to others) to Can't Remember Stuff.

For over a year now I have suffered from CRS on a regular basis; I carry my driver's license in case I forget my own name!
