vh1 

Stands for Video Hits One. A second music video channel started by MTV in 1985. Originally hyphenated as "VH-1" until 1994. Currently owned by Viacom, who also owns MTV, CBS, Showtime, and Nickelodeon.

While VH1 doesn't show many videos, it does more interesting stuff like "I Love The 70's/80's" unlike that boring, predictable, and fake reality TV crap shown on MTV.

Nickelodeon

A cable channel started by Warner Cable (the same company that invented MTV) in 1977 as "Pinwheel". The channel changed names to "Nickelodeon" in 1979 with unforgettable shows like "You Can't Do That On Television" which originated Nickelodeon's "sliming" trademark.

Cinemax 

A cable channel that shows movies most of the time. Other than that they show gross crap Real Sex that shows old people doing it (ICK).

Cinemax was formed in 1980 by HBO and was the first premium cable tier.

heaven

A place that seems to get further and further away as humans' scientific knowledge improves.

About 100 years ago, Heaven was right above our heads. Then, when we started flying airplanes, it wasn't there, so it was moved right above the atmosphere. Finally, when we sent people into outer space and to the moon, it wasn't there either, so now Heaven is way past Pluto somewhere.
