Slurpee Sipper
A person who sits by while another person tries to accomplish something.

Every once in a while we'd look up and see the Republicans standing there. They're just standing there fanning themselves -- sipping on a Slurpee."

Vermont State Dance
A motion performed by hippies, most typically in a concert or music festival setting, and with the aid of mind expanding drugs. The motion is defined by semi-rhythmic swaying with ones hands tossed up the air.
The setting at last night's Phish concert could be best described as one big Vermont State Dance party.

A combination of being "jazzed" and "ginned up" about something.
To be in a state of excitement as a result of an event or occurrence. To be "up in arms" about something.
