A 'dance'.should perferably not be done outside the confines of one's bedroom. Or in the company of those other than nerdy friends.rockig side to side with your fist in front of you. sorta like your gonna do the bounce but you don't. Usually done by nerdy losers who can't help but have no rhythm. and not an iota of talent as far as dancing goes.The official dance of the loser nerd race.
