infatuation

Infatuation almost can equate to lust. It is NOT love nor being in-love, however both usually start off as an infatuation. Infatuation is only an attraction for another person based only on what you initially see and not what you know about them. You do NOT know that person yet. It is only an attraction to someone based on what you WANT them to be verses who they really are. Infatuation turns to true love or being "in love" when you have accepted that person for who they are: their background, their weaknesses, their strengths, their character, their spirit, their values, their spirituality, where they are going in life, etc.

To prove the difference between infatuation and love is this: infatuation is what leads to the wedding but it is love that begins when the honeymoon is over and you discover the TRUE person you have married after your disagreements.
Infatuation has N OTHING to do with love because you know hardly anything about that person. It's only a form of immiature "puppy love" that occurs in high school. Infatuation does not last, while love does.

An infatuation. You can "fall" out of it just as fast as you can fall in it. A phrase that is often misunderstood today and used very loosly to the point of nearly loosing its meaning. Contrary to poplular belief, being in-love IS possible without the same affection in return. Just because someone doesn't love you back means you are not actually in love? Hogwash. You CAN indeed love someone unconditionally without being loved return. Being "in-love" does not occur by accident, because love is a choice and an action rather than an emotion, like most people believe. Howver, being in-love or loving a person romantically and unconditionally has a few symtoms:

1. getting butterflies in your stomach or nausea when you see the object of your infatuation.

2. your pulse races when you are with or near that person

3. you cant stop thinking about them

4. the can be in your dreams

5. you can't stop smiling when thinking of the person

6. you imagine having children with that person, perhaps to the point of thinking of names.

7. you imagine yourself going to the altar with that person

8. you have a longing to be with that person

9. you get clumsy when thinking of them

10. you think you will do anything to be with that person

11. you have pet names for each other.
Being in love is the best thing that happens to a person BUT can turn into the worst thing that happens to you when it doesn't work or goes bad.

Lying under oathe. What got Bubba Clinton impeached while President. It had NOTHING to do with an adulterous affair with his intern, Monica Lewinsky. His impeachement was ENTIRELY Constitutional because the U.S Constitution lists pergery among "high crimes and misdeameanors" because it can get you thrown into jail.
Perjury is stupid and can get you thrown in jail. Just tell the truth, because the truth will eventually come out anyway. Save yourself further embarassment.

Something there is way too much of in America. Statistics say approximately 50% of American marriages end in divorce. This is a very sad statistic if true. Divorce has numerous affects that can lead too emotional or financial insecurity for the couple, depression, and children and the family lose the foundation. It causes an awful lot of pain for the children involved. Often the children rarely get to see/visit one of the parents. Divorce can also create insecurity and a lack of trust for the children of divorced parents in their future relationships. Divorce affects much more than just the immediate party involved. It has affected much of American society, because the breakdown of the home leads to the breakdown of society with no foundation. Marriage and the family is the foundation of society and divorce breaks it down to produce an unstable society. This is a FACT. I'm tired of the politically correct nitwits claiming divorce is an improvement to the quality of your life for those who want their freedom again. This is bullcrap. If you want your freedom, then don't get married. Divorce has affects on society and always will. Period.

Most religions despise divorce and with good reason. In some rare instances, divorce can be an improvement. For example, the Bible and Christianity teach that divorce is acceptable (but not necessarily the first option) in marriages that involve infidelity, abandonment and abuse, BUT only as a last resort if things cannot be worked out. Who’s marriage doesn’t have problems and challenges? But divorce should NEVER be an option because any marriage can be rejuvenated. Don’t like your spouse anymore? Then do something to get closer to them: take a weekend trip together, have a date night once a month, ALWAYS apologize to each other after a disagreement, talk your disagreements out, focus on the good things about your spouse, etc. But divorce should NEVER be considered.
Divorce is a social cancer in America that has lead to instability in society.

The world's biggest cornfield stretching from Ohio into southern Michigan, most of Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, southern Minnesota and Nebraska. Some people consider it among the worst areas of the country with nothing but hicks, hillbillies, state fairs, plows and tractors. Yes, it has plenty of those but the Corn Belt is actually within the most industrialized region of the U.S. It contains large manufacturing centers such as Chicago, Detroit, Indianapolis, Columbus, Cincinnati, St. Louis, and smaller Omaha, Madison, Ft. Wayne, Des Moines, Lansing, Dayton and Lincoln.
The Corn Belt is genrally boring but also very industrial.

frustration

1. Trying to get to home plate with a girl but can’t even get to first base.

2. Wanting to date a girl but she won’t even give you any attention

3. Continuously getting turned down by the opposite sex

4. Seeing all of your friends getting married while you can’t even meet someone who likes you back

5. When your friends/family have a life and you don’t

6. Hearing of all your friend’s successes when you have nothing but failures

7. When your friends are getting everything in life when you cant even get the smallest thing

8. Being on the freeway during rush hour

9. The feeling you get when you hear your taxes are going up again
My life is nothing but a giant frustration--nothing less and nothign more. I don't understand it.

The Good Book. The number-one selling book of all time. The living, breathing, inspired Word of God. God's message to us on how we can find the only way to him---through Jesus his Son, so we can obtain salvation. Composed of the New and Old Testaments and 66 smaller “books,” the Bible was written over thousands of years from Moses (who wrote Genesis) around 3000 BC to John the Revelator (who wrote Revelation) at the end of the first century. The general theme of the entire Bible, from Genesis to Revelation, is that human beings are stuck in the middle of a spiritual war between God and Satan for the souls of mankind. Luckily, the Cross of Jesus Christ, the central figure of the Bible, allows human beings to choose which side they will swear allegience to. The Old Testament looks FORWARD to a coming Messiah and the Cross for our redmeption, while the New Testament looks BACK at the Cross. The Bible opens with the creation of the Universe and “the fall” of mankind and finishes with the Great White Throne Judgement, when all evil (including Satan and his followers) will be thrown into the Lake of Fire, putting an end to evil once and for all. The Bible is used for reporoof, for correction, for teaching and instructing in the way that human beings need to live. The Bible calls itself a “sword,” proving that it is very divsive among people. Yes, the truth will be divisive but effective to save the lost. People have tried to disprove it for centuries but it will never happen. Its message will NEVER be destroyed as it claims, proving to be the true Word of God Almighty.
The Bible is the guide for human beings to live by so that we may have hope.
