Competitively Racist

Unlike being casually racist which is in a less serious and often lighthearted jab between friends or in a friendly setting where political correctness is a non issue, competitively racist is a serious form of racism calling for the violence or even genocide of a race in a serious matter (regardless of skin tone anyone can be competitively racist)

Those black lives matter folks said "kill all white people" they are competitively racist

Like Competitively Racist Competitively Sexist is when someone is sexist in a hateful manner whether it be under the guise of some sort of gender equality or just mean spirited comments disparaging the offended party in a non joking or light hearted way meant to be taken seriously (regardless of the justification for speaking that way)

Ridiculous Ceiling 

A limit to how ridiculous, stupid, or insane something said or done can get before drawing the line. Lacking such a "ceiling" implies that either such a person is incapable or unwilling to realize they have gone too far.
