Self contained disaster of no real significant’s. Something that looks horrific and deadly on the surface. In actuality is not as bad as it seems.

Although the car crash looked bad, no one was killed. It turned out too be nothing but a tub fire.

flat hatting 

When a plane fly’s low to the ground at high speed. This is often done at air shows. The maneuver’s are exiting but dangerous. The military have regulations against this practice. Pilots have been known too break these rules. An accident in Italy in 1998 was blamed on flat hatting. A military plane flying at low altitude and high velocity severed a cable on a ski lift. The gondola 🚠 with 20 ppl fell to the ground killing all aboard.

Local residents have complained about planes flat hatting over their houses. The low flying planes are noisy and distracting.

cornslap 

A rube. Someone naive, happy and care free. Not necessarily stupid but are trusting too a fault and always think the best of ppl. Cornslap’s are very nice and polite. Often people think they are gullible and easily tricked but that is not the case. They have a streetwise ‘barnyard’ sensibility. Midwesterners in pop culture are often portrayed this way.

Radar on MASH and Rose on the Golden Girls are perfect examples of a cornslap.

clicker

In the field of drywall, a screw that sticks out. When a knife/trowel is run over screws and an audible ‘click’ can be heard. This requires time too fix and is an inconvenience.

This job took longer than it should have. There were so many clickers too fix.

Water. For those ppl who don’t know whether too say wa-Ter or wa-Der, just say wa wa.

An extremely uncoordinated, clumsy, stupid, feeble, lout of a human being. It’s usual used too describe a persons utter lack of athletic ability and skill.
