Get the President Nixonmug. A term describing the faulty logic of Reaganomics. Also known as trickle down, the theory is that if you reduce income (i.e. cut taxes) then you somehow generate more revenue. Obviously, this is not rational thinking.
The proof that this did not work (as if anyone needed it) is the fact that the national debt tripled during the Reagan Administration.

Get the Reagan Mathmug. Kind of like Satan worshippers, only more open and less into rituals. Seriously, there are members of the Republican Party that worship the second worst president ever! (after GW Bush) The republitards invoke his name in debates and even Bush43 said he wanted to be just like Reagan.
The Reagan Administration caused serious, long-term damage to this country--reagannomics, tripled debt, "star wars," union bashing, education cuts, pro-business/anti-worker policies and creating the Taliban to fight the Soviet Union in Afganistan! Yet Republicans still think he's great. WTF?!

Get the Reagan Worshippersmug. Fiscal responsibility is a term republicans pull out for campaign ads every election cycle. The G.O.P. claims to be fiscally responsible while claiming their Democratic opponents are not.
Obviously, the Republican Party has no idea what being "fiscally responsible" actually means! A budget should include adequete revenue (i.e. taxes) to cover all the obligations. Republicans think the only way to balance a budget is to cut taxes. Democrats, like Bill Clinton, know that cutting expenses AND increasing revenue is the only way to balance a budget. Democrats' tax and spend idea is a lot more logical than the Republicans' borrow and spend policy!
Remember that about 75% of our national debt was caused by the last 3 Republican presidents! (Reagan, Bush41 and Bush43) The last two times the national budget was balanced a Democrat was president!! (Lyndon Johnson 1969 and Bill Clinton 2000)

The Republican Attack Machine is going all-out to prevent Barack Obama from fixing the very serious problems caused by the arrogance and incompentence of the Bush administration.
For some sick reason, the Republican Party DOES NOT WANT ANY OF THE FOLLOWING TO HAPPEN: 1) the Bush Depression to end, everyone to be able to afford health care, the american auto industry to survive, the working class to have any control over their own destiny, or Obama to succeed in any way!!!!
