Three Line Whip 

A tool used in the British Parliamentry system to undermine democracy.

The term refers to to party 'enforcers' or whips underlining an item on parliamentry order papers three times as an order for all MP's to tow the party line on that vote even if the party line goes against their own beliefs and the wishes of their electorate.

sunday league 

A distinct British form of football (soccar) played by unfit, hungover builders (and every other trade / profession you can think of) on wet sunday afternoons in local parks. Games are normally brutal affairs with multiple red cards, horrific injury and lifetime bans common occurances.
Your a sunday league referee? Your either brave, foolish or both.
