Swearcrow

Just like a normal scarecrow, but has the ability to swear at crows.

Since crows are among the more intelligent species of bird, rigging a scarecrow up with the ability to swear using speakers, offends crows more than frightens them. Swearcrows have been in limited use since the 1950's.
