(verb) mess up, confuse, screw up, wreck; also spelled bollocks up and bollox up. Related to "balls-up", that is, upside-down. A spelling euphemism.

A mythical conspiracy organization of homosexuals controlling the universe, especially the financial, military and cultural worlds. Members could be disciplined by threatening them with exposure and rewarded with elaborate sexual favors. Everything was run from catacombs beneath Omaha, Nebraska. Post-Stonewall, it was sadly discovered that the conspiracy didn't exist.
