But, when Billy Graham spoke on Sunday and verified the claim as being fact, Bob was swept up in a clusterfaith experienced by millions in every country of the world, one which no court could possible defeat.

The complete lack of the ability to complete tasks with the normally accepted level of completeness from an average intellect. Ineffective. Lazy, but does actually perform small tasks on occasion.
Bob, despite many years of experience, was a complete failure at finishing jobs of a high quality. Instead, he would inevitably underdo even the simplest of tasks. He left so much to be completed by others and would always be underdue as well.

A extremely arrogant, self-centered person who claims at every turn to know more about everything than anybody else in the world. To the point those who had to put up with him were known to wish for a small grassy mound and a couple of eager Cuban mercenaries.
Bob was an avid yet arrogant vintage car collector. His constant and annoying claims he was the expert on every 1963 Lincoln model made led to his being referred to as a knoll-it-all.

Self-centered Bob broke all the rules getting elected. He was out for only himself. He made lots of enemies. Some called him a knoll-it-all in the deepest conviction that karma would solve all their problems without human intervention.

A “vexatious litigant” is one who over years abuses his rights to relief from the courts. A vexigant can achieve that status with one perfect lawsuit. He’s the ultimate arch enemy of greedy lawyers everywhere.
The town’s lawyer had no Defence for the miss-spent taxes, so they claimed the whistle blower was a vexigant to put off the inevitable loss at trial.
