Most cheap cars come stock with "battle rims". When you take the hubcap off of the wheel, you'll find a battle rim underneath. Battle rims are the stock, ugly looking, cheapest type of wheels on earth.

Also, many ricers usually take off 2 of their nice rims and put on some battle rims with cheap rubber on them to do peelouts.
