A person who forcibly condemns beliefs, actions, behaviors of people of hispanic origin to coerce them into behaving more in line with with their ethnicity/nation-state

The individuality of said person is ignored for the supposed unity of their race / ethnic group

Person 1: Jorge really grilled Josh because his parents are Mexican and he doesn't speak Spanish well and listens to emo music he calls him a coconut and wanna be white
