Skateboard bail where the deck whips out at high speed, smacking into someone's (or more humorously your own) ankle / achillies tendon. Derived from the scene in Pet Sematary where the kid is under the bed and slashes Jud's achilles tendon

Gomers standing too close to the pipe are at higher risk of Pet Sematary and/or massive head trauma
