Hispanic
Not a race! Hispanics are individuals or migrants of spanish speaking countries or people who were raised among spanish cultures. You may refer to hispanic as people from Mexico, Columbia or Puerto Rico. I see why people get confused as many Mexicans have brown skin, but the only reason is because many Mexicans are mixed with Native American and Spanish which is the result of colonialism in the Americans over 400 years ago, so obviously interracial couples (Native American and Iberian) had children which causes Hispanics to have such a distinctive genetic makeup. However, Hispanics can be of be of any race. They can be Asian, black, white, Native and Arab.

ADHD
A misunderstood medical condition where one has a chronic deficiency in a neurotransmitter called dopamine which is a brain chemical which helps one to become more motivated and complete tasks easier, hence why individuals suffering from ADHD may take longer to do certain tasks such as school work, but that does not mean that they can't get it done. People with ADHD may present signs of low confidence which is also to do with deficiency of dopamine as dopamine provides the feeling of reward after completing a difficult task. Unfortunately there is currently no cure for ADHD, however there are different methods of treating the conditions such as CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy), but it's probably better to take stimulant meds to increase the quantities of dopamine in the brain. Research shows that stimulant meds are effective in 70%-80% of patients with moderate or severe ADHD.
If you or a your child presents signs of ADHD, consult GP so they can refer the patient to a psychiatrist if they are certain one is showing signs of the condition.

Serotonin
Serotonin, also known as the "feel good hormone" is a neurotransmitter known for boosting your mood. Not only does it help boost your mood, but it also plays a role in maintaining good digestive health. In fact 90% of serotonin is produced in the intestines and the blood platelets. If you have a high self esteem, sleep well, generally in a good mood, enjoy a healthy diet, memorize things easily and have a strong sexual desire, then that means your serotonin levels are at an adequate level which maintains good mental health as a result. Signs that serotonin levels are at a lower level are if one is angry, has a lower self esteem, comfort eats, and forgets things easier, this means that one may be serotonin deficient and may result in depression and anxiety. To boost your serotonin levels, eat foods like chicken, cheese, beans and bananas. Also get enough carbohydrates. You may want to sit out in the sun as Vitamin D helps maintain a sufficient quantity of serotonin levels.
