A greeting along the lines of the Scottish slang "Hey, cunt!" or the African American slang "Sup, nigga!" wherein one uses a usually derogatory term or insult in a sense of comradery wherein it's not insulting when used between friends or homies.

A Gende Master is on a whole 'nother level, it doesn't necessarily mean they're sexually promiscuous, rather it's an interchangable term for Asshole or Shithead or whatever, it's a fairly nice insult.

It's not necessarily meant to be racist against African Americans or bigoted against Homosexuals. Mainly it's using the definition of "Nigga" that is basically like "Homie" and the definition of "Fag" which insults someone because they're a lame dumbass, not necessarily because they're gay. Just like how "gay" has just become a general term for something "lame".
