CB Radio slang for "traffic ticket". So called because police officers are known as "Smokey Bears" (or just "smokies" or "bears") due to their wearing of campaign hats.

I parked in the yard and a German shepherd come out and grabbed onto my leg
Then I knocked three times and wiped my feet, the dog let go and the screen door opened and Bob come out and says "Whaddya want?"
I says, "Come to see your truck"
He says, "Follow me. Come on, Frank." (Dog's name is Frank)

Now we've been every place between here and south Sioux
And we've seen us a truck-stop waitress or two
But this gal's built like a burlap bag full of bobcats
She's got it together

Combination of "stunning" and "brave". Used ironically and/or sarcastically by conservatives (or anyone who despises wokeness) to mock liberals who would call some celebrity, for example, "stunning and brave" for openly taking a liberal political position on something.
Liberal: Did you hear Ellen Page came out as trans, he's so stunning and brave!
Conservative: *rolls eyes* Oh yeah, so stunbrave. Whoop dee doo.
