Monotypical ideas are formed by using just one portion of the brain, whereas stereotypical thinking utilizes both sides.

A girl who pretends to be something she's not.

Any time I meet a new lady named "Stephanie", I always check to see how she spells it... too many "Stephonys" out there who just want your money and/or attention, but do not truly value you as a nice dude.

ludicrative 

Combination of "ludicrous" and "lucrative", it denotes something that is totally ridiculous but actually produces a tidy sum in the end.

Two examples of ludicrative actions were people's buying dollar-coins with a credit card and then using the coins to pay off the card to earn card-perks, and the infamous "obsessive coupon-cutter" dude who bought many thousands of foil-sealed cups of chocolate pudding to earn astronomically-voluminous frequent-flyer miles.

Vietnaminated

"Puffed" or praisingly recommended merely because it pertains to Vietnam.

Robin Williams' 1987 film-portrayal of an eccentric radio-announcer was okay, I guess, but I dunno why he should actually be Vietnaminated for an Oscar on his performance.
