buy-polar

A "two-extremes mood-swings" mental/emotional condition caused by either:
(1) an obsession with purchasing white-bear-logo fizzy drinks, or
(2) habitually trying to sell ice to Eskimos.
Maybe if you freeze a number of 2-liter bottles of seltzer-water and then offer said frothy ice to some of our fur-hood-wearing "Asians from up North", they might indeed be interested in procuring large quantities of said "fun pops" product from you, and then your buy-polar tendencies might be alleviated somewhat.

aboriginal excuse

Da lame-a** "hardship-justification" retort of, "Well, the natives in the jungle don't have any ___, but THEY seem to manage just fine, so quit yer whinin'!" dat is impatiently/insensitively snorted at someone who is complaining/objecting about a particular inadequacy in his present environment; i.e., a lack/insufficiency of such basic-to-reasonably-tolerable-living things as toys/entertainment, air-conditioning, transportation, palatable-to-him food, etc. Often this arrogant reasoning is totally invalid, of course, since like as not whatever disagreeable condition dat is being objected to is indeed unacceptably harsh or distressing, and thus should indeed be remedied or alleviated... just because some backwoods primitives residing thousand of miles away happen to live a certain way usually has nothing whatever to do with what is reasonable for everyday life in a civilized world, especially with modern technology (one should seldom use da "Think how hard/thin our dirt-poor ancestors had to live!" excuse, either) and assistance-programs dat will often provide for these types of basic-comfort needs.
The infamous/hypocritical "Sheriff Joe" --- who has since been convicted of multiple catastrophic financial and human-rights atrocities --- used to carry the "aboriginal excuse" concept to a whole new level of brutal mistreatment: complained to about the 110-degree-plus temps at his prison's infamous tent-city, he once said, "Well, it's 120 degrees in Iraq, and our soldiers are living in tents, and they didn't commit any crimes, so shut your mouths!" Again, of course, this is a totally invalid argument --- just because servicemen sometimes have to endure severe conditions, that does not have anything to do with what is reasonable for the rest of us to withstand under fairly-ordinary circumstances.

frame it and hang it on the wall

A sarcastic term for someone's making too big a deal out of something, either by verbosely crowing about it or by asking others to show excessive attention/respect to said trivial matter/object.
So you got an acceptance-letter from the local community-college --- like, wow! --- those enrollment-desperate academic honchos will take just about anyone, so it's really no significant praise or great honor directed your way. Whatcha gonna do with the letter --- frame it and hang it on the wall?!??

brew-haha

An uproarious party where people toss down copious amounts of malted beverages and guffaw raucously over every even-mildly-humorous remark that's drunkenly uttered by any of the participants.
A brew-haha can also be a coffee-break where people swig cups of joe laced with nitrous-oxide and then "laugh it up big time" afterwards.

Mag Moss Warranty Act

A congressional decision that requires manufacturers to clearly/cleanly display in writing what their warranty covers, not obscure such text by allowing moss to grow over it.
Legal-eagle Steve Lehto mentions the Mag Moss Warranty Act on his YouTube channel, but he neglected to describe how the manufacturers actually prevent said green sphagnum from forming on said warranties.

barbiecue

A cookout where the grill is fueled by discarded "leggy dolls" instead of charcoal. Could also refer to the blazing-inferno house-fire that the spoiled-little-brat Debbie Jellinsky had seethingly set after receiving (horrors!) a MALIBU BARBIE doll for her birthday instead of the pink-tutu-clad Ballerina Barbie that she'd wanted; no doubt said "incorrect girlie-accessory" got "charbroiled" inside said conflagration, as well.
I stopped by the local landfill a few days after Christmas and was shocked to see all the broken/unwanted "little girl toys" scattered in piles along with other end-of-year-holidays flotsam and jetsam --- there was enough volume of pale-complexioned plastic there to host a bleepin' BARBIECUE!

stuporvised release

1. Da freeing of a still-dangerous inmate due to da warden's or parole-board's not being conscious at da time.
2. Da "conditional" freeing of a "problematic" inmate whose behavior --- or rather, MISbehavior --- while in prison indicates dat he cannot be reformed, and thus da only way dat he can be allowed to be out in public again would be if he was kept in a constant comatose state so dat he could not do anything hurtful to himself or others.
Dunno which would be more costly for da taxpayers --- keeping someone dangerous in jail, or purchasing da huge quantities of sedatives necessary for a stuporvised release.
