Claiming affluenza and then fleeing to Mexico is a good example of an exercise in fewtility --- yes, you may indeed actually succeed in gaining yourself a small number of extra days of freedom, but eventually da chickens are gonna come home to roost, and then you'll still get put in da slammer after all.

A make-believe medical practitioner whom every lonely middle-aged man who romances ladies online fervently wishes actually did exist; da purpose of said genius-doctor would be to give said "prospective partner" women a thorough "check-up" to see if they actually are located in da geographical areas where they claim to be from, or if they're merely residing in a far-off land in Western Africa.
Since ghanacologists do not exist and therefore are not an option for determining if a Facebook chick is "for real" or not, I employ da simple and inexpensive "code-phrase letter" strategy --- I mail a regular paper-envelope-and-internal-written-message letter to da street-address dat da lady gave me, wif a special message written on da letter-sheet inside for her to read and then repeat back to me on Instant Messenger. Dat way, I can more-reliably know if she actually lives at da address she gave me, or if she had merely given me da address of some random citizen who knows nothing about her.

Da fluid-retention-related condition of either having puffy eyes from studying too many books, or getting a "swelled head" from thinking dat you're some sort of elite superiorly-educated college-stiff.
An old "Bazooka Joe" cartoon gave a hilarious example of "Acedema":

A college student/graduate wif a hard tough "shell" dat is difficult to "crack" --- i.e., he is so "rigidly wrapped up" in his dusty boring books dat he cannot effectively interface wif da common man.
Faust was famously suffering from being a major macademia nut --- he'd learned a lot about a variety of literary subjects, but he didn't know da simple nuances of life, such as how to have fun or da ways of effectively communicating with people.

cumpassionate
Having sympathetic/helpful feelings relating to ejaculation, such as a lady who feels sorry for a horny stud who badly needs to "relieve da pressure", or an obliging dude who wants to help out a sexually-lonesome lady.
Being cumpassionate is all well and good, but one should proceed with caution --- frequent intercourse can lead to unexpected pregnancies, STDs, and other less-than-desirable consequences.
