With Thunder Wave, it can make the target unable to move at all another 50% of the time. If Evasion Clause wasn't a thing, It could use Double Team to make itself even harder to hit.

Get the Togekiss mug.A Normal type Pokemon with a shit ton of HP (~700 Max HP at level 100) and shit awful stats everywhere else. It can learn Softboiled to heal itself. The only time it will be a threat in battle is if it is at a high level with Seismic Toss, a move that needs to be bred onto it
