The term "collectified", is used to describe an individual (or group of individuals) who have been labelled under a generalisation without acknowledgment of their individuality.

"Collectify" is a term used when someone tries to label you (or another) by generalising who you are with that label.
Eg: "oh my gosh Sharon, is she trying to collectify you as a person of colour just because you were born with darker skin tones. Arn't you a human?"

Eg: "that group of people just collectified me as a white person, even though I have never seen myself as anything other than human."

Eg: "I was collectified by the media today, they informed the public that 3 out of 5 white men have the potential to be rapists."

Eg: "Don't let them collectify who you are Kazza. You are not the bad things that someone else has done, their actions are separate to who you are."

Aka: weeds

A guardian plant (aka: weed) is a quick growing plant whose main purpose is to create ground cover as soon as possible to: retain moisture, keep the soil cool, generate shade for slower growing plants, provide floral arrangements until more well established plants grow, provide landmarks and homes for smaller creatures, keep soil in its place during downpours or flood, contribute to carbon matter that feeds larger plants.

Guardian plants are what most people call "weeds", but are actually very useful, and so the negative term needs refreshment.

Guardian plants are not enemies, they are valued members of the garden community.

Plant lives matter!
"Those guardian plants are not as pretty as my roses, but I know they will help the bushes grow stronger by providing them with shade."

"Some of those guardian plants have the cutest flowers on the tips, and the bees seem to love them!"

"I put one of the guardian plants in a pot by itself, it actually looks quite good!"

"Without those Guardian plants, the soil in my front yard wouldn't be as fruitful as it is today."

To 'Onserve is to protect and preserve a person, place, animal, environment, or thing, so that others may benefit from its preservation in the future.

Derived from the word "conserve" and "conservation", 'onserve pays tribute to the former by dropping the "c" and adding a clever literary notation (') to replace the c.

By removing the negative sentiment "con", we can then adjust the language appropriate to the need, whereby the positive use of the word 'onserve or 'onservation can infer the language user to "serve onward" something of importance.

Language users may also use the former "conserve" when referring to language of a negative sentiment. For example: "the government and their conservation efforts precedes any good talent that they may of had."

Or

"Their ability to conserve our food supplies is an example of how well they are able to manage parliamentary office."

When we remove the word "con", we can then assist the positive tone of a word by negating the definition of the word "con", by replacing it with a positive influencing word such as "on".
For example: "During the winter months of war, we mad an attempt to 'onserve our food supplies by storing them in the snow."

Second example: "our 'onservation efforts were well rewarded with the passing of the snow as all good supplies did not spoil."
