it amazes me again and again
how it is even possible to attend a gathering of people, music playing, drinks, laughter, posing and vogueing, talking and gawking, smoking and choking, having drinks and believing for a minute the illusion that here is a safe place. No they talk about you to someone just like they talk about them to you. some are mean, sad, insecure or clueless. some need reassurrance, some want popularity and theyll do whatever it takes to have it, some like to hear themselves talking but need you to not look awkward.
but yeah, drinking helps to totally dive into this theatre and be like them.
