The others were hardcore but the maniac at the very apex was Fullcore.

The disease you suddenly aquire when you are pulled over by the police. For instance, "I have heart palpitations ", "I have whiplash"

He suddenly had Incarceritus when he was pulled over for not wearing his seatbelt and had warrants.
