italian slang word, kinda meaning deflated or also used to say something or someone sucks or is stupid.

like if a guys erect cock goes soft, hes moo-shadda, or if ur brother does something stupid, you can say, "well the kids fucking moo-shadda" or if yah mothers raviolli sucks, you can say, "Ma whats up with these moo-shadda raviolli?"
