The backstory is that an Australian teen (William Connolly) quite literally threw an egg on the head of the racist senator Frasier Anning during a press conference. The senator then slapped him before he was detained by the crowd. The whole of australia rallied behind William Connolly and called for him to be Australian of the year. This is not a made up story this is actually happens in Australia. Will Connolly is an Aussie legend

Guy who’s most notable accomplishment is being hit by an egg during a press conference. He’s a racist senator that somehow got elected and when he said the NZ mosque massacre was understandable and expected. Eggboy was able to hit him with an egg in front of his supporters. William Connolly 

Eggboy who threw an egg at the racist Australian senator Frasier anning in the middle of a press conference. He was then slapped by the senator and held down by the racist supporters. But all of Australia love the legend who shows Aussie spirit. He is being called Australian of the year and at 17 years old he may be Australia’s youngest one ever.
