A condition in which someone receives the "VIP route" in life (smooth fortune, complete facilities, 24/7 screen time) even though their behavior is lacking or far from God. A satirical backronym of "istimewa derajatnya" (Indonesian for "heightened degree"), it's actually a death trap before finally being "slammed" into harsh reality. This condition is the opposite of "self-improvement", as the person feels they are always right while actually drifting.
Man, a friend of mine gets unlimited screen time from his dad even though he never prays. Damn, that's "istidraj"; I'd rather be a little overwhelmed in getting more screen time from my parents but have a calm heart.

Perangkat Sultan

This Indonesian backronym for "PS" means "rich people's device", referring to how new PlayStations (from PS3 onwards) are considered expensive* in developing countries like Indonesia

*compared to PS1/PS2
Look, my friend has that "Perangkat Sultan" at his house even though I don't.
A moniker given to the country Indonesia, with unexplainable bizarre things happening here on a daily basis.

A single word that summarizes everything that Allah has given to His servants. For example, the ability to endure (survive) Ramadan fasting without experience any significant "food withdrawal" syndrome.
I didn’t think I’d survive Ramadan with such ease, but grace is real — Allah has made it bearable.
